Turkey Stuffing Cranberry Wrap

Featured in: Global Street Food

Using cooked turkey, herb stuffing, cranberry sauce, and cheese, create a folded tortilla wrap by quarter layering each ingredient. After assembling, pan-fry in butter or olive oil until golden brown and cheese melts. This approach transforms leftovers into a flavorful handheld meal with minimal time and effort. Optional gravy enhances dipping, while substitutions like cheddar or plant-based alternatives can vary flavor and diet preferences.

A creative and delicious way to transform your holiday leftovers into a crispy, satisfying wrap, inspired by the viral tortilla hack.

This hack became my go-to after Thanksgiving when I had lots of turkey and sides leftover. It makes a fun handheld meal everyone enjoys.

Ingredients

  • Leftovers: 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or sliced 1 cup stuffing (herb or sausage, as preferred) 1/2 cup cranberry sauce 1/2 cup gravy (optional, for dipping or drizzling)
  • Dairy: 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • Wraps: 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • For cooking: 2 teaspoons butter or olive oil

Instructions

Step 1:
Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut a single straight line from the center of the tortilla outwards to the edge (only one cut).
Step 2:
Visualize the tortilla as four quarters. On the first quarter, place half of the turkey. On the second quarter, evenly spread half of the stuffing. On the third quarter, add half of the cranberry sauce. On the fourth quarter, sprinkle half of the cheese.
Step 3:
Starting with the cut, fold the first quarter over the second, then the third, then the fourth, creating a layered, triangle-shaped wrap.
Step 4:
Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
Step 5:
Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 6:
Serve warm, with gravy on the side for dipping if desired.
